BRIEF BITS

starting up a series of four of these guys, 10x12 each, as a christmas commission for a good fellow in providence. here’s a bit of my process: starting with a messy brown underpainting, wiped away and figuring out masses. then just adding in clouds n stuff and starting to add some tones to the face. i am also just wasting time, thus, the blog post. i am very good at procrastinating when i just get going on something. so strange…i think i am scared of myself.
